EANS Grant Benefits Bonner & Prendie Arts Programming

Bonner & Prendie is excited to announce the receipt of a substantial EANS (Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools) grant from the State of Pennsylvania, allowing us to make significant upgrades to our arts programming. This funding has enabled the acquisition of much-needed equipment, helping us foster our students' artistic talents.

With these resources, we have enhanced our music program with new instruments, including tenor and baritone saxophones, flugelhorns, trombones, trumpets, acoustic guitars, keyboards, drums, amplifiers, tambourines, cymbals, cables, and microphone stands. Additionally, our Fine Arts department now benefits from 65 wireless graphic drawing tablets, air purifiers, air compressors, and two state-of-the-art 3-D printers.

These advancements empower our students to explore their creative potential. However, there are still important needs to be met to support our thriving arts program.

One critical project is the Anthony Frederico Auditorium '69—a vital hub for student performances, assemblies, and community gatherings. Originally made possible through the generosity of Dominic Frederico in honor of his brother, the auditorium now requires essential upgrades, including air conditioning installation, updated curtains, and modern windows.

With your support, we can ensure Bonner & Prendie remains a place where students thrive artistically and academically. If you share our passion for the arts, your commitment, like this EANS grant, can make a significant difference for our students.
